Taco lunch bowls – These have ground turkey, but you can use ground beef, chicken, or even beans too. And there are plenty of ideas for additional toppings so that you can customize your meal the way you want. I also like the coriander rice that is in these salad bowls.
Thai Chicken Mason Jar Salad – You can make your own chicken or buy a fried chicken to save time. I love the addition of cashew nuts and the spicy Thai dressing is the perfect combination of spicy and sweet.
Cucumber, Tomato, Avocado Salad – This one is great for using fresh tomatoes and has very few ingredients. This salad is great on its own or as a side dish. It tastes very, very fresh and healthy.
Falafel Salad Bowls – The thing that takes the most time on this recipe is making the falafel. But trust me, it's worth it! Instead of putting the flatbread on its side, you can place the salad in the pitas for a simple wrap-around meal to take away.

The great thing about these recipes is that the instructions let you know beforehand how to put all these salads together so that you can save time on dinner and dinner.

This is my favorite part about preparing meals – you do most of the work in advance, cooking the main ingredients and chopping the vegetables. All you have to do is put the meals together in containers and put them in the refrigerator when you are ready to eat.

Not only does this save time, but it also helps you eat healthier. It can also save you money from being less tempted to go out to eat or take out when you are busy.
