The free version allows you to back up your WordPress files and databases as well as restore your site from a backup and send your backup to remote storage.
You can choose to run or schedule backups manually.
The premium version offers a ton of additional features to keep your website secure. This includes a site duplicator and migrator, automatic backups before updates to plugins, themes and WordPress itself, additional storage targets for backups, and much more.
You have the option of purchasing add-ons individually or as a bundle (the latter is much cheaper).

In fact, I've used their security and performance platform in the past. But they also offer a backup service.
The backup offer is simple and no plug-in needs to be installed. Just connect your website and your website will be automatically backed up every day.
If you want to install a new plugin, you can do a new backup right there without having to wait until the next day.
You will also receive email notifications and information about which files have changed since your last backup.
There are a number of cool features here, but what I particularly like is that backups are done via SFTP, which is less of a burden on your WordPress installation than a regular plugin – this is especially good for larger websites.
Overall, Sucuri is a great platform for making your website safer and faster to load. That means not wasting money and giving your visitors better page load times (that means more conversions). Highly recommend and worth checking out.

The configuration and use is quite simple. In addition, backups can be performed manually or scheduled to save time.
And even in the free version, you can send your backups to an external backup platform like Dropbox. And more are available with the paid version.
Speaking of the Pro version, it also has additional features that you can use to scan, repair, and optimize your database. Although these specific features can be found in other plugins,

You can also back up your database only or select specific files to exclude from your backups if necessary. This flexibility means that you can schedule a mix of full and partial backups as needed.
BackupBuddy allows you to remotely store your backups off-site using BackupBuddy Stash, Amazon S3, Google Drive, Dropbox, and more.
It is equally important that WordPress can be restored quickly and easily from a backup.

Backup Scheduling – This saves you from having to start the backup process manually.Incremental backups – An incremental backup means that only your changes are saved.
